Double cleansing is a necessity in a skincare regime, it cleans the skin, to allow the upcoming steps to get absorbed into the skin effectively. Oat Cleansing balm is designed for all skin types, especially sensitive skin. A rich cleansing balm, framed with 3% Oat Kernel Oil, removes blackheads and controls moisture loss and 1% Colloidal Oatmeal soothes and calms the sensitized skin, which helps to remove makeup, impurities, excess oils and delivers a smooth, soft and clean skin. Suitable for all skin types. It is gentle enough to use in your AM and PM routine.
