Balancing Force Oil Control Toner is a pore minimising toner packed with oil controlling essentials to leave a clean, matte skin finish. Infused with Green Fusion Complex™ - a potent blend of green tea, eucalyptus, algae (kelp) and Irish moss extracts, to balance oil production while Salicylic (BHA) + Glycolic and Lactic acids (AHAs) unclog and lift loosened-sagging pores, exfoliates in the surface and deeper level. Neem seed oil has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties, helps to soothe the skin. As a result, the skin becomes cleaner, clearer and fresh by controlling oil and pores appearance.
