Important Notes:

Live Product: As a live product, ongoing fermentation may cause the lid to slightly bulge. This is normal and the miso is still safe to consume.
White Yeasts: Harmless white yeasts may appear on the surface due to air exposure. Simply skim them off before use.

Customers can also submit their family member's KYC if required. Shipment will be rebooked accordingly.
