Important Notes:

Natural Darkening: Miso may naturally darken over time, but this does not affect its quality.
Live Product: As a live product, ongoing fermentation may cause the lid to slightly bulge. This is normal and the miso is still safe to consume.
White Yeasts: Harmless white yeasts may appear on the surface due to air exposure. Simply skim them off before use.
