Organic Cultured Whole Soybeans (65%)

Sea Salt
Organic Roasted Barley Flour

Important Notes:

Live Product: As a live product, ongoing fermentation may cause the lid to slightly bulge. This is normal and the miso is still safe to consume.
White Yeasts: Harmless white yeasts may appear on the surface due to air exposure. Simply skim them off before use.

Product Details:

Weight: 300g
Imperial Miso: Revered for centuries, this pure soybean miso has been supplied to the Emperor of Japan for over a hundred years.
Premium Quality: Produced by skilled miso craftsmen using traditional methods and aged for up to 3 years in large cedarwood kegs.
High in Protein: Contains twice the protein of other miso varieties.

Uses:

Adds a distinctive, rich flavor to soups, sauces, and condiments.

Customers can also submit their family member's KYC if required. Shipment will be rebooked accordingly.
