Premium Italian pasta maker Garofalo has been crafting exceptional pasta since 1789 in Gragnano, near Naples—the birthplace of pasta in Italy. Garofalo is renowned for its commitment to quality, combining advanced technology with centuries-old artisanal expertise to produce the finest pasta.

At Garofalo, pasta is made from just two ingredients: water and durum wheat semolina. The quality of the wheat is crucial, as the amount of gluten determines the pasta's excellence. Garofalo uses only the highest quality durum wheat to create their signature pasta ranges.

Garofalo’s pasta is formed using a bronze die, which creates a slightly rough, porous texture on the surface. This technique allows sauces to cling to and be absorbed by the pasta, enhancing the overall dining experience.
